November 07, 2018It is one of his favourite weeks of the darting calendar, but the title is still missing from his CV. Team Unicorn star Gary Anderson is a huge fan of the Grand Slam of Darts and despite winning the World Championship, World Matchplay, UK Open, Players Championship, the Premier League and the Champions League, the GSOD has eluded him. “I love the Grand Slam having played in the tournament from the start, so it is frustrating for me that I haven’t been able to win one! It will be very different

November 04, 2018There was joy for James Wade and despair for Michael Smith in a dramatic World Series Final in Vienna. Wade saw Smith miss five match darts to claim a thriller 11-10 and was clearly emotional afterwards as he made it back-to-back TV titles following on from his superb European Championship triumph. For Smith, a case of what might have been and you have to feel for him. He was tantalisingly close to a first big TV title. But what a final! “I really can’t believe that he missed those darts,” admitted

November 04, 2018It was some weekend in Wigan for Team Unicorn. Quite simply it was the best weekend of Ted Evetts darting career. There was triple delight for the Unicorn youngster as he secured qualification for the World Championship and also won himself a prized PDC Tour card through the PDC Unicorn Development Tour, then to cap it all he won the last DT event of the year! And Dimitri van den Bergh won on the PDC Unicorn Development Tour for the second time in a month and it was his 12th Development Tour title

November 04, 2018Newly crowned European champion James Wade is targeting the World Series title. He silenced the sell-out crowd in Vienna with a superb 6-3 victory over home town hero Mensur Suljovic. Michael Smith is also through to the quarter finals but Gary Anderson suffered a dramatic defeat to Dave Chisnall. Wade will face surprise package Jamie Lewis in the last eight. The pressure of playing on the Vienna stage clearly got to Suljovic and Wade kept his cool. His finishing was again spot on as he carved out

November 03, 2018Kyle Anderson admitted he’s “fallen back in love with darts” after a stellar display at the World Series Finals. He was superb as he edged out Ian White 6-4 in their all Unicorn clash in Vienna on Friday night. James Wade was also a first round winner but both Dimitri van den Bergh and Keegan Brown fell at the first hurdle. Kyle averaged over 100 throughout his victory and withstood a White fightback to book another all Unicorn affair in the 2nd Round against Michael Smith. The new slower throwing

It will be a big moment for Kciuk, who came through a gruelling day at the qualifiers in Bridlington to best talented Dutch youngster Justin van Tergouw to claim his spot at Lakeside. “This is great news for Krzysztof”

October 29, 2018He’s done it! Team Unicorn’s James Wade has won the European Championship. On a dramatic day when he survived six match darts in the quarter and semi-finals, Wade stormed to an 11-8 win over Simon Whitlock in the final in Dortmund. It’s his first ‘Major’ TV ranking final in more than seven years, but an 8th ‘Major’ in all. It was a fabulous achievement and of course it is a double celebration after the birth of his son Arthur earlier this month! But there was heartache for fellow Unicorn ace Joe
