It was the performance of his life!
Devon Petersen produced an incredible comeback to beat Ian White in a thrilling all Unicorn clash on Friday night.
He won in a dramatic final set tie-break to reach round three.
Also on Friday, Dimitri van den Bergh was brilliant in beating Jonny Clayton......Kyle Anderson came through a tough test against Noel Malicdem of the Philippines and Keegan Brown was a winner in the all Unicorn showdown with Jelle Klaasen.

What a performance from Chris Dobey!
The Unicorn youngster is through to the World Championship 3rd Round after a stunning 3-0 victory over Steve Beaton on Thursday at the Alexandra Palace.
But Ted Evetts’ World Championship adventure is over as he went down to Adrian Lewis.
Dobey will now face Vincent van de Voort for a place in the last 16.
Beaton won just two legs as Dobey produced a blistering display.

It was another dramatic day at the World Championship.
And in the most dramatic match of the tournament so far, James Wade won the all-Unicorn clash with Seigo Asada in a tie-break.
Kim Huybrechts and Michael Smith joined Wade in the 3rd Round, but Joe Cullen suffered more World Championship woes.
Wade won the all-Unicorn 2nd Round clash with Seigo Asada 3-2, Huybrechts won nine straight legs against Daniel Larsson, while Smith was made to work before beating Ron Meulenkamp 3-1.

Seigo Asada played one of the matches of his life to take his place in the 2nd Round at the World Championship.
The Unicorn star battled from two sets down to beat Krzysztof Ratajski on Tuesday at the Alexandra Palace.
And there was double success for Team Unicorn as Dimitri van den Bergh beat American Chuck Puleo by three sets to nil.
For Asada though, one of the most significant wins of his steel tip darting career and there’s no doubt the highly competitive PDC Asian Tour has made a big difference

Team Unicorn star Seigo Asada was presented with a special Limited Edition set of darts at the William Hill World Darts Championship yesterday, ahead of his dramatic 3-2 1st round comeback victory over Krysztof Ratajski.The presentation was made on stage at Alexandra Palace by Unicorn Production Director Lee Parker.Japan's no.1 player Asada, was crowned Perfect Tour champion for 2018 with events to spare and to mark the fantastic achievement, 500 sets of Limited Edition darts have been manufactured

It wasn’t pretty but it didn’t matter!
Devon Petersen is through to the 2nd Round at the World Championship and an all Unicorn showdown with Ian White.
The South African, who has endured a tough year on the tour, found a a way to win three sets to two after a nail-biter against Wayne Jones.
The Unicorn ace looked to be coasting as he raced into a two set lead. But after missing two darts to hold throw at the start of set three, it gave his opponent the chance he’d been looking for.

It was a relieved Gary Anderson who booked his spot in the 3rd Round of the World Championship. The Team Unicorn star had to battle before overcoming Northern Ireland qualifier Kevin Burness 3-1. “I was nervous. I always am first game. I have a lot of work to do for sure but yes, just relieved to get that one out of the way!” he said. Burness missed two darts to go two legs clear in the opening set before Anderson took it with a 13 darter in the deciding leg. His opponent hit back to level the match

It wasn’t to be for Jeffrey de Zwaan on the opening night at the World Championship.
But the Team Unicorn ace gave the World Champion a real scare at the Alexandra Palace.
Rob Cross won their thrilling 2nd Round encounter by three sets to one on Thursday night. But that only tells half the story.
De Zwaan’s 106 average was the second highest losing average in World Championship history. The young Dutchman forcing Cross to produce his best darts in many months.
